and includes provisions for systematic identification, evaluation and control
of potential workplace hazards.

The TAH Safety Committee is assisting leadership
in the evaluation, planning, development, coordination and execution
of health and safety programs in compliance with state and federal statutes
and regulations. The Safety Committee is continuously working on promoting
safety and health awareness, recommending appropriate action and Safety
training and identifies and suggests the resolution of safety and health
issues. The main tasks of the Safety Committee are, but not limited
to:
- Ensuring management commitment, accountability,
involvement and leadership.
- Encouraging employee involvement,
- Development of Safety & Health Training.
- Identification and assessment of systems,
process and procedures to prevent safety hazard.
- Workplace hazard safety and health hazard
control and elimination.
Safety Training
A critical component of regulatory compliance
is meeting the statutory obligation of employee safety training. Additionally,
TAH provides professional training that is not limited to training-on-the-job,
equipment training, plant safety and ISO training, that allows our employees
to achieve behavior modification ensuring a safe working environment.
